Quads 8 - 13 years
Qleisure offers children aged 8 - 13 years
an exciting adventure on a quad bike.
The treks are for groups of 6 children at a time. Each quad trek is supervised by 2 fully trained marshals, one will be at the front to
lead a safe route and the second trails at the back to make sure everyone
is coping, driving safely and sensibly.
The trek takes the children across
fields, through woodland, over hills and across rough terrain. Each child has an in depth safety talk on
how the quad bike works and how to ride it, then a slow practice.
The trek lasts for 1 hour and every minute is filled with excitement,
the only thing the children hate about the trek is when its finished.
The children will be outside and during the winter and wet weather the track can become muddy so we recommend the children wear appropriate footwear and clothing i.e. Wellington boots, long sleeves and trousers. Gloves, boots and jackets are essential in the cold and wet weather.

The bikes used are Yamaha YFM50, top of the range quad bikes. The
engines are 50cc and can cope with most weather conditions. There
is a weight limit of 8 stone.
