Our function room is perfect for hosting your special occasions and celebrations, enhanced with a fully licensed bar and our grand marquee for large weddings and parties.
The function suite is set in acres of green park like grounds adding atmosphere to the already beautiful barn. The bar area is situated in the oak barn with comfortable leather sofas for your guests to relax. The marquee has a stage area for bands / DJ’s and a dance floor. Views of the South Downs and perfect location make our venue a must for any special occasion.
Themed casino evenings are very popular and brilliant fun, cocktail evenings, themed dances and discos. A new addition this year is our pub game evening, all the classic pub games along with themed music really sets the theme. Setting the trend for 2012 Vintage Tea Parties are becoming extremely popular and perfect for Anniversaries or Baby Showers!

All of our function room rates include bar staff and security; we can also offer buffet menus, decorations, our in-house florist, photographer and entertainers. Packages are available or individual prices, the options are endless just give us a call and we will be pleased to help.
