The function suite is set in acres of green park like grounds adding atmosphere to the already beautiful barn. Views of the south downs and perfect location makes our venue a must for any special occasion.

Themed casino evenings are very popular and brilliant fun, cocktail evenings, weddings, themed dances and discos. A new addition this year is our pub game evening, all the classic pub games along with themed music really sets the theme.

We are very accessible, situated 500yds from the A23, just 6 miles north of Brighton, 20 miles from Gatwick Airport with ample parking.
